Podcast strategy, sonic mood board

Johnson Controls recently contacted us about starting a podcast, and GGMM gave me the lead on the strategy.

I created a comprehensive strategy that included a competitive analysis, content strategy, naming/messaging recommendations, sonic brand identity, and more. Then, I presented those ideas to their C-Suite global marketing executives. I always love that part.

Below, you’ll find a few screenshots of the strategy. It’s really fun coming up with fictitious episode titles for podcasts that don’t exist yet.

The show’s details are still being worked out at JCI, but we should see it launch in 2022. Exciting stuff, eh?
